After the huge success last year, our summer camps return this July at In Tune. We offer unique, educational summer camps filled with music themed activities and games. Our music camps are a great way to grow your child’s love and appreciation of music.
The junior summer camp includes exploring the basics of instruments (including drums, guitar, piano, percussion, and more), singing, learning and writing songs, musical games, and improvisation. It also gives children the chance to socialise with each other and work in teams to improve their music skills. On the last day of the camp the children have the chance to perform for their parents.
All our camp leaders are experienced in music education, performance and production, and are fully garda vetted. All students must bring a packed lunch and drink each day to the summer camp. Limited places, to avoid disappointment book now by email or picking up a form from the school.

Our senior summer camp is for teenagers who have an interest in songwriting and performing. Last year was a huge success with a visit from Dave McPhillips (guitarist, The Coronas) and an interview with Jay Malhotra (music producer and guitarist, Kate Nash). Our summer camps are educational and enjoyable, as well as being beneficial to the student’s future music careers.
Students are encouraged to express their individuality through music and will be working together, sharing musical ideas for songs. At the end of the week the students will be given the opportunity to record their songs as a group or solo performer with a professional producer, taking home the recording on a CD.
All our teachers are experienced musicians who have written original music and lyrics, recorded in a professional environment and performed at many gigs and festivals over the years. They are also fully garda vetted. Please bring a packed lunch and drink each day. Suitable for teenagers already learning music. Limited places, to avoid disappointment book now by email or picking up a form from the school.
